Uncertified Occasional Teachers - Elementary

The Board is currently seeking caring and compassionate Elementary Uncertified Occasional Teachers to commence work immediately.  

Applications will be accepted from education students registered in a Bachelor of Education Program (Year One and Year Two). Consideration will also be given to individuals relocating and waiting for their OCT status to be confirmed.

Required at the time of interview:
  • One written reference letter (educational and supervisory in nature)
  • Two additional references to be contacted. Please include a current phone number and email address for each. At least one reference must be relevant to education, one may be from paid employment outside of the education sector. Both references must be recent and supervisory in nature
  • Proof of teacher education program enrollment *
* Will be required at the time of interview
